The Porter Square Shopping Center was renovated in accordance with Gravestar's (developer) "Green Bible" of environmentally sustainable real estate principles and practices. This included the installation of a 20 kW roof mounted PV system designed and installed by Applied Power that will produce enough electricity to power nearly all of the common areas of the strip center portion of the plaza.
